This week I have seen the benefits of the new flagship of Apple, the iPod 32gb Touch.
Upon arrival at the Apple Store Regent Street and after open up a gap between the many people eager to test the new toy I saw all the media noise raised is deserved.

With the Touch, I've had the opportunity to tweak all the players of the last batch with which it was accustomed to players with amazing capabilities and overall size in a thick, tiny. However, after testing the new Touch, you realize it's something different. Unlike the other iPods and different from other players in general.

Interface
The new mini osx is undoubtedly one of the strengths. The new grid applications and we know the iPhone is here modified in the lower left, and preferred because of its proximity to the thumb's role iPod 32 gb touch, video and photos. Possibly the most logical thing would be for the fourth application was Safari, but we found the iTunes icon relegating Safari WiFi Store to a not inconsiderable number one position in the overall grid applications.

iPod

The use of a really huge screen and its adaptation to tactile manipulation as a result gives us an easy, manageable and flexible.
How curious, none of the iPod Touch at the Apple Store had the typical headset to test. BOSE no longer say the more than 200 pounds that tend to put, but is that not just a rather normal. I think the phenomenon of Touch and developments in this model goes beyond music, and this this the best example.
Also offers two modes when the video played does not follow the ratio of the screen. In one fill the screen at the expense of cutting width, height in the other crop. I was quite amused at this, but I think it is a topic interesting enough to have its own post.

Safari
The big bet / risk Apple on this player has been the Internet. In my opinion Apple has been in the dilemma of continuing without an option to buy from iTunes on-line or incorporate one of the beauties of this 32 gb Touch (No WiFi imagine a terminal without a browser).
Even less for iPod users accustomed to larger sizes.
IPhone is a gelding. While this gives it more lean and agile by not incorporating telephony features, does not have much logic that does not have Bluetooth (apart from the obvious economic logic to avoid mating with a phone).
Because I think we're all thinking that in a few months there will be a 32GB model at the price of 16GB. I personally 32GB model if I would do.

Why buy an iPod Touch?
It's the best player on the market.
Be one of the most hacked gadgets any time soon. Both applications, as in all matters relating to take advantage of the Internet (VoIP).
